Telephone Clock Radio
A telephone clock radio is an item that has the 3 things that we seem to not be able to do without. In the past we had to have each piece separate and it took up a lot of space on the night stand, but now we have the luxury of a 3 in one unit.
You can even go as far as having a telephone clock radio with a cd player. Now if you ask me that is convenient. Not every telephone clock radio is built of equal standards. Finding one that will fill all your basic needs is a priority, but you also want to make sure it is a quality unit.
Finding The Perfect Telephone Clock Radio
Almost any telephone clock radio will have some features you just don’t like so the best thing to try and do is find one that is more to your ideal liking. If by chance you do find one that seems to be everything you’re looking for make sure you read all the reviews before you make the decision to purchase it.
A corded telephone clock radio usually is of better quality than the cheap cordless varieties, but if you must have a cordless be careful to not purchase something that will be nothing, but a headache. Some of the problems these systems face are the radio signals seeping into the calls. Most of the time it isn’t very loud, but you can often hear it on the cheaper not so well designed units.
Don’t get the wrong idea there are good phone radio combinations that you can purchase, just be careful you do all your homework before you purchase one. The best way to find out if the unit you’re interested in is of good quality is to read buyer reviews. Sometimes you can save yourself the disappointment before you actually purchase anything.
From all of my research I would have to say that almost all companies that manufacture these units there are at least one or two that would be worth purchasing. Most of them are so low in price that even if you had complaints about it you still got a good deal.
GE has a few good models to choose from that have some good reviews as well as some bad, but some people complain about things that are not really the fault of the phone, but there lack of understanding that caused the problem.
Bell also has some decent models to choose from, but again do your research before you purchase any of them. You may also want to look into the Panasonic models from what I’ve seen they have a very nice looking telephone clock radio that would look real good sitting on your night stand.
The reviews are excellent and not to many complaints. They produce a crisp clean sound from the radio and reception seems to be good as well. The phone itself is clear and easy to hold. Not all models are designed for comfort, but Panasonic seems to have that mastered.
